Terms and Conditions of Use

The purpose of the T&C of Use is to define the terms under which the Service is made available and the conditions of use by the user. They apply to all features: collection binder, shop, marketplace, auctions, trades, messaging and rankings.

Use of the Service presupposes prior and full acceptance of these T&C of Use. Any user who does not accept these conditions must refrain from using the Service.

Access to certain features requires the creation of an account. The user undertakes to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

The user is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

An age check is carried out at registration. Minors under fifteen (15) years of age must have the consent of a holder of parental authority.

Messaging features are limited to exchanges related to a transaction. Any inappropriate solicitation of a minor results in immediate suspension and a report to the competent authorities.

Each user may hold only one account, unless expressly authorized. The creation of multiple accounts intended to circumvent a sanction or to manipulate auctions, rankings or reviews is prohibited.

The user may delete their account at any time from their settings, subject to the proper completion of ongoing transactions.

The user undertakes to behave fairly and respectfully. The following are notably prohibited:

• hateful, discriminatory, harassing or defamatory remarks;
• the publication of illegal or misleading content or content infringing the rights of third parties;
• fraud, manipulation of auctions (fictitious bids, collusive overbidding) and manipulation of rankings or reviews;
• circumventing the platform's payment or connection system;
• any attempt to compromise the security or proper functioning of the Service.

The user remains responsible for the content they publish (listings, photos, messages, reviews). They warrant that they hold the necessary rights and grant The Park a non-exclusive license to display this content within the scope of the Service.

The Park may moderate, hide or remove any content that is contrary to these T&C of Use or to the law.

The operation of the internal wallet, non-withdrawable deposit credits and the withdrawable earnings balance is described in the T&C of Sale and the Sellers' Rules, which form an integral part of the contractual framework.

Trades between members are based on double validation: both parties must accept, and a timestamped history is kept in the event of a dispute.

Auctions take place in real time with protection mechanisms (anti-snipe, prevention of fictitious bids). Participation may be subject to a bank pre-authorization.

Rankings and trophies reward activity and completion; any manipulation results in the withdrawal of the rewards concerned.

The The Park brand, the Pocket Drifterz cards, the visuals, texts and elements of the platform are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction or exploitation is prohibited.

The purchase of a card or a product confers no intellectual property right over the associated works and trademarks.

The Park strives to ensure the availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance operations or updates may cause temporary interruptions.

The publisher may develop, add or remove features at any time.

In the event of a breach of these T&C of Use, The Park may, depending on the severity, issue a warning, restrict access to certain features, or suspend or delete the account.

Withdrawable amounts already acquired remain owed to the user, subject to withholdings related to disputes or established fraud.

The Park acts as a host and technical intermediary for content and transactions between members. It cannot be held liable for the conduct of users or for the conformity of products sold between individuals.

The Park cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, accessible from the footer, which specifies the purposes, retention periods and users' rights.

The Park may amend these T&C of Use. Users are informed of substantial changes; continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

These T&C of Use are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority, notably via the Support area, before any legal action.
