Sellers' Rules
Last updated · July 14, 2026
These Sellers' Rules govern the listing of cards and items for sale between members on the marketplace and at auctions. They supplement the T&C of Use and the T&C of Sale. Any listing constitutes acceptance of these rules.
1.Who can sell
Member-to-member selling is open to users with a verified and up-to-date account. Minors may only sell with the consent of a holder of parental authority.
The seller undertakes to offer only items they actually possess and are entitled to transfer.
2.Principle of the honest listing
Each listing must faithfully describe the item: version (Standard, Unique, Promotional, Special, Collaboration, Signed), actual condition and any defects. A misleading description constitutes a serious breach.
3.Card condition
The condition must be entered according to the official grid: New, Excellent, Very good, Good, Fair, Damaged. The seller chooses the condition closest to reality and reports any visible defect.
In case of doubt, it is recommended to underrate rather than overrate the condition in order to avoid disputes.
4.Photos and descriptions
Photos must be real, sharp and represent the item actually being sold — the use of generic or misleading photos is prohibited.
Defects (scratches, creases, edge whitening, marks) must be photographed and mentioned.
5.Setting the price
The seller sets their price freely. Displayed prices are indications between members and are not guaranteed by The Park.
Manifestly abusive prices, as well as any collusion aimed at distorting prices or auctions, are prohibited.
6.Prohibited products and practices
The following are notably prohibited from sale:
- counterfeits, unofficial reproductions and falsified cards;
- stolen items or items the seller does not own;
- items outside the scope authorized by the platform;
- sales coupled with an unlawful consideration or circumvention of the platform's fees;
- any practice aimed at deceiving the buyer as to the nature, condition or authenticity of the item.
7.Commission and fees
The Park charges a commission on member-to-member sales and/or service fees; the applicable amount is indicated at the time of listing or transaction.
[TO COMPLETE: applicable commission rate and fees]. Wallet top-up fees (5%) are separate from the sales commission.
8.Collection and payout of earnings
The proceeds of a sale are credited to the seller's earnings balance, separate from deposit credits. This balance can be withdrawn to a bank account via Stripe, after identity verification (KYC) where required.
The payout may be deferred for the duration of the warranty window or the resolution of any dispute.
9.Shipping and secure shipping
The seller undertakes to ship the item in conformity with the listing within the announced timeframes, with suitable protective packaging.
The secure shipping option, with a deposit blocked via Stripe and enhanced tracking, is recommended for high-value transactions. The deposit is returned upon proper completion of the transaction.
10.Video evidence and warranty window
For secure shipments, guided video evidence of the packing and unpacking may be required. This evidence serves as a reference in the event of a dispute.
The buyer has a warranty window of seventy-two (72) hours after receipt to report a non-conformity. After this period without a complaint, the transaction is deemed conforming.
11.Dispute management
In the event of a dispute, the buyer opens a case via the Support or Security area. The funds concerned may be blocked while the matter is examined.
The decision relies on the descriptions, photos, video evidence and timestamped history. A seller acting in bad faith is liable to refund the buyer and to sanctions.
12.Seller's tax obligations
The seller is solely responsible for their reporting and tax obligations related to their selling activity. The Park may be required to transmit certain information to the competent authorities in accordance with applicable regulations.
13.Sanctions and suspension
Any breach of these rules may result, depending on its severity, in: the removal of listings, the withholding of earnings related to a dispute, the restriction of the right to sell, or the suspension or deletion of the account.
Serious or repeated breaches (counterfeiting, fraud, non-shipment) may give rise to a report to the authorities.
